RUFFLED BLOUSE MOTIVATION: YOUR REALITY NEEDS NO VALIDATION

Happy Holiday Season!

Sorry it's taken longer than expected to get new content out. I try my best to always give it my all, so hopefully my delivery comes across as genuine. I just need to do better with balancing my time wisely. You know the saying is, (and I'm a firm believer) "life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans."

Do you ever stop to think about, your reality and what it is? What do you think/feel about yourself? Do you allow other's opinions of you to have a huge impact on what you think about yourself? It may seem a bit weird to do so, but it can actually take a toll on your subconscious. Self-judging can get the best of our emotions. Sometimes we naturally look to others to confirm if you did or did not do something right/wrong... It's pretty normal to vent and seek understanding from others you trust, but just remember that that's exactly all it should be - one outlet of your support system. Getting help or motivation from others is one way to strengthen your ability and build confidence. At the end of the day, do whatever you choose to for you, and not for them. It's your journey and you're the one who has to live with the results of your decision. We also need to be able to learn how to self-validate, become a part of your own support system. It's okay to need reminders to help reshape your inner voice. Take time to recognize and celebrate all the good things in your day. Praise how far you have come and where you are now! Just have a little compassion for yourself. Never ever compare yourself to what others are doing. For starters, we never know their whole (story) truth. Most vital, no one is you and that is your superpower. Creating more than you consume helps keep you focused on what really matters. There's absolute nothing wrong with being inspired by others, especially if you have a similar interest, skill... However, it's best to stay authentic and true to self. Yeah, not everyone will understand your journey and that's okay. I can't say it enough times, "It's your journey and you're the one who has to live with the results of your decision."

Remember, reminders are necessary to restore your confidence and acknowledge just how awesome you really are! The more you celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate. Have a wonderful weekend! I hope you enjoy the pics and comments are welcome.
